Photos and User Content

Users are responsible for content they upload.

When deletion is processed, Stadium Click will attempt to remove or deactivate user-uploaded photos, profile images, Fan Log memories, captions, and related content, unless retention is required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

Subscriptions

Deleting a Stadium Click account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.

Users must manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple Account, App Store subscription settings, or Apple support.

Stadium Click may retain limited subscription status information needed for records, support, or fraud prevention.

Processing Time

Deleting an account in the app takes effect immediately. For requests sent to support, Stadium Click will make reasonable efforts to process valid requests within a reasonable time period, subject to identity verification, legal obligations, security needs, technical limitations, and backup retention.

Identity Verification

To protect users, Stadium Click may need to verify account ownership before processing access, correction, or deletion requests.

Data Access or Correction Requests

Users may contact support to request access to certain personal data or correction of inaccurate account information.

Backups and Logs

Some deleted information may remain temporarily in backups, logs, or security systems before being fully removed according to normal retention cycles.
