Email support@stadiumclick.com. Include your Stadium Click username and the device and iOS version you are using. We reply to support requests as quickly as we can.

An SC Check-In records a stadium visit. Because a check-in proves you were at the venue, your device must be near the stadium and share its location when you check in. Location is confirmed on our servers, so a check-in cannot be completed away from the venue.

If a check-in will not complete: make sure Location Services and Precise Location are on for Stadium Click in iOS Settings, that you are inside the stadium area, and that you have a working data connection. Stadium Click does not track your location in the background.

Stadium Click is free to use with the Rookie Pass, which includes one collectible league. The All Access Pass is an auto-renewing subscription, available monthly or annually, that unlocks all four leagues, Legacy Points, rank progression, and collector cosmetics.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period.

Manage or cancel any time in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or in the App Store account page. Deleting the Stadium Click app or your Stadium Click account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by Stadium Click.

If you reinstall Stadium Click or move to a new iPhone, sign in to the same Stadium Click account, open the All Access screen, and tap Restore Purchases.

A subscription stays linked to the Stadium Click account that bought it. If you restore while signed in to a different Stadium Click account, the app tells you the purchase belongs to another account. Sign back in to the original account, or email us and we will help.

You can delete your account in the app: Settings → Delete Account, then type the confirmation phrase. Your Stadium Click account and its data, including check-ins, collection progress, Fan Log entries, photos you uploaded, and profile information, are deleted from our servers.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have an All Access subscription, cancel it separately with Apple, because Apple manages billing. If you cannot access the app, email support@stadiumclick.com from your account email address and we will process the deletion for you.

Open the profile you want to report and use the menu to report or block that fan. Reports go to our team for review.
