Introduction
Stadium Click helps sports fans collect stadium visits, preserve game-day memories, track progress, unlock achievements, and build a personal Stadium Legacy across professional baseball, football, basketball, and hockey.
Information We Collect
Stadium Click may collect information users provide, generate through app activity, or authorize through device permissions.
Account information
Email address, username, authentication details, profile image, favorite teams, and optional profile details.
Stadium activity
SC Check-Ins, stadiums visited, dates, times, league, Fan Log entries, Legacy Collection entries, badges, rewards, Stadium Showdown activity, friends activity, and public Highlight Reel information.
Location information
GPS location may be used to verify SC Check-Ins, determine nearby stadiums, support stadium distance features, show local weather, and unlock location-based achievements. The home city a fan selects is also stored as an approximate coordinate to measure travel distance.
Photos and user content
Fan Log photos, profile images, memory text, notes, and other content users choose to add.
Device and technical information
Device type, app version, operating system, diagnostics, crash reports, performance logs, and usage data.
Purchase information
Subscription status and All Access information. Payments are processed by Apple. Stadium Click does not store full credit card information.
Shipping information
If a fan qualifies for and claims a physical reward, Stadium Click collects the name, mailing address, and optional phone number needed to ship it. This is collected only for physical rewards.
Notification identifier
If notifications are enabled, the device's Apple push token is sent to Stadium Click so notifications can be delivered to that device.
Stadium Click does not continuously track users in the background.
Location is used when users interact with location-based features or grant permission.
How We Use Information
Stadium Click uses information to operate the app, keep fan experiences accurate, and improve reliability.
Stadium Click does not use third-party advertising or third-party analytics services. In-app usage logging stays on the device; only crash and performance diagnostics are sent to Stadium Click's own servers.
Create and manage accounts.
Verify SC Check-Ins.
Build Stadium Collection, Legacy Collection, Fan Log, Stadium Vault, and Legacy Vault.
Award badges, achievements, rewards, and Founding Fan eligibility.
Support Stadium Showdown and leaderboards.
Personalize the app experience.
Provide customer support.
Improve app performance and reliability.
Prevent abuse, fraud, GPS spoofing, and misuse.
Send notifications when users allow them.
Location Data
Location is central to SC Check-Ins. Stadium Click uses location to confirm whether a user is near an eligible stadium.
Location may be compared against stadium geofence data.
Stadium Click does not sell location data.
Stadium Click does not use continuous background location tracking unless a future feature clearly requests separate permission.
Users can disable location access in device settings, but some features may not work without it.
Photos, Memories, and User Content
Users own the content they upload.
Stadium Click may store and display user content to provide app features.
Users are responsible for content they upload.
Public profile and Highlight Reel content may be visible to others depending on privacy settings.
Users should not upload content they do not have rights to share.
Public Profiles, Friends, and Leaderboards
Some information may be visible to other users, such as username, avatar, favorite team styling, public Highlight Reel, stadium progress, badges, ranks, leaderboard placement, and friends-related activity.
Privacy settings may limit what others can see. Stadium Click may adjust public visibility options over time.
Sharing of Information
Stadium Click does not sell personal information.
Information may be shared only with trusted providers needed to operate the app, such as:
Supabase, which provides Stadium Click's account, database, file storage, and server functions.
Apple, for App Store purchases and subscription status, Sign in with Apple, push notification delivery, and Apple Weather.
Open-Meteo, which receives only a location to return weather when Apple Weather is unavailable.
ESPN, whose public sports data the app requests for schedules and scores. Stadium Click does not send account information to ESPN.
Legal, safety, or fraud-prevention services when required.
Subscriptions and Payments
All Access subscriptions are handled through Apple. Apple manages payment processing, renewals, refunds, and cancellation.
Stadium Click receives limited subscription status information needed to unlock All Access features.
Notifications
Users may receive notifications for features such as:
Check-in opportunities.
Stadium Showdown reminders.
Rewards.
Badges.
App updates.
Users can manage notifications in the app and device settings.
Data Retention
Stadium Click keeps information as long as needed to provide services, maintain accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and improve the app.
Some data may remain in backups or logs for a limited period after deletion.
User Choices and Controls
Users may:
Update profile information.
Change privacy settings where available.
Manage location permission.
Manage notifications.
Delete photos or memories where supported.
Request account deletion.
Request access to or deletion of personal data by contacting support.
Account and Data Deletion
Users can delete their account in the app under Settings → Delete Account, or by contacting support. Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
Deletion may remove account information, profile information, photos, memories, and personal data associated with the account, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, or backup retention requirements.

Children’s Privacy
Stadium Click is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it.
Security
Stadium Click uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information.
No system is 100% secure.
Changes to This Policy
Stadium Click may update this Privacy Policy as features, laws, or services change.
Updates will include a new effective date or version number.
