Stadium Click Passes

Stadium Click offers Rookie Pass (free) and All Access Pass (subscription).

Rookie Pass lets you browse every league and collect one Rookie League. All Access Pass unlocks collecting across NFL, NBA, MLB, and NHL — Every League. One Collection.

What Each Pass Includes

Rookie Pass includes:

One collectible Rookie League.

Browsing stadiums across all four leagues.

Verified check-ins, Fan Log memories, and standard badges in your Rookie League.

Basic collection statistics and standard customization.

No Legacy Point accrual or fan-rank progression.

All Access Pass unlocks:

Collecting across NFL, NBA, MLB, and NHL.

Legacy Points and fan-rank progression.

Advanced collection and travel statistics.

All Access collector cosmetics and enhanced customization.

Eligibility for designated future All Access reward programs (coming soon where noted).

Your Rookie League locks after your first verified check-in. Previously collected content outside the Rookie League remains visible but read-only if All Access becomes inactive.

Purchasing a Subscription

Subscriptions are purchased securely through Apple.

Stadium Click never stores credit card information.

Apple manages payment processing.

Billing & Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

Renewal timing and billing are managed by Apple.

Charges are processed through the user's Apple Account.

Cancelling a Subscription

Users may cancel anytime through:

Settings.

Apple Account.

Subscriptions.

or the App Store subscription management page.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not normally refund previous charges.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple's refund policies.

Stadium Click cannot directly issue App Store subscription refunds.

Restoring Purchases

Users changing devices or reinstalling the app can restore All Access using Apple's Restore Purchases functionality when applicable.

Subscription Changes

Stadium Click may introduce:

New subscription plans.

Promotional pricing.

Additional subscription tiers.

Expanded All Access features.

Future changes will not affect rights already required by law.

Rewards and All Access

Some rewards, achievements, or experiences may require an active All Access subscription.

All Access does not guarantee eligibility for every reward.

Reward programs remain subject to their own published terms.

Subscription Abuse

Users may not attempt to:

Circumvent subscriptions.

Manipulate purchases.

Share All Access improperly.

Abuse trials or promotional offers.

Violations may result in suspension of All Access benefits or account action.

Will I lose my memories if my subscription expires?

No. Your account and memories remain. Only All Access-exclusive features become unavailable until All Access is restored.
