Founding Fan Program Terms

Overview

The Founding Fan Program is designed to recognize the earliest Stadium Click members who help launch and grow the Stadium Click community.

Limited Recognition

Founding Fan recognition is limited to the first 100 eligible Stadium Click members who complete the required qualifying activity.

Qualifying Activity

To qualify, a user must complete an eligible SC Check-In and meet any additional program requirements active at the time.

Stadium Click may require account creation, valid authentication, location verification, and good account standing.

Founding Fan Number

Eligible users may receive a permanent Founding Fan number from #1 through #100.

Numbers are assigned based on Stadium Click's qualifying records and may not be chosen, transferred, sold, traded, or reserved.

Eligibility Requirements

Eligibility may depend on:

A valid Stadium Click account.

An eligible SC Check-In.

Accurate location verification.

Compliance with Terms of Service.

Compliance with Community Guidelines.

No fraud, spoofing, duplicate accounts, or abuse.

Any additional published program rules.

No Guarantee

Creating an account, downloading the app, joining a waitlist, subscribing to All Access, or using Stadium Click does not guarantee Founding Fan status.

Fraud, Abuse, and Review

Stadium Click may review Founding Fan eligibility and may deny, remove, adjust, or reassign Founding Fan recognition if abuse, fraud, GPS spoofing, duplicate accounts, or technical errors are detected.

Benefits

Founding Fan benefits may include:

Permanent Founding Fan recognition.

Founding Fan number.

Badge or profile identity treatment.

Digital recognition.

Possible future perks or rewards.

Benefits may evolve over time and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

Relationship to Rewards

Founding Fan recognition may overlap with rewards, badges, or special promotions, but it is governed by these Founding Fan Program Terms and any applicable Rewards Program Terms.

Account Deletion or Suspension

If a user deletes their account, loses account access, or has their account suspended or terminated, Founding Fan recognition may be removed, deactivated, anonymized, or unavailable.

Program Changes

Stadium Click may modify, pause, replace, or discontinue the Founding Fan Program, benefits, display treatment, or eligibility rules, subject to applicable law.
